What would you do with a buyer like this

OK everyone I have to tell you about a customer of mine.

Now before I start I love all my customers and regulars and NEVER had I had a
problem like this.

This was on my alternate ID with only 7 feedback.

I was selling my daughters last years Gymbo clothes and I state what
condition my clothes are in. SOOOO I have an auction for a Autumn Highlands
skirt, blouse, vest and tights. I said in excellent condition. this means worn
once maybe 2 times at most. now I also have a pair of tights in this listing.
Now EVERYONE knows once tights have been washed they don't look new but they are
still in excellent condition. She got this set for less that $15 that is
including S&H. If you all don't know Gymboree is pricey and this set brand
new would be over $100. 

This is the first email I got from her.

When tights are worn and washed only one time they
look like that. If you would like to send the whole set back I can reimburse you
the auction. I am sorry I can't give a discount since the final price was only
$11.50.

what does the final price have to do with the fact
that you didn't mention the piling?  if you pay for the return shipping I
will be more than happy to send the whole thing back.

OK this is what I don't understand 2 days later she left a positive feedback
but I haven't received the set or any more responses from her so what am I supposed
to do. I wont give her her money back and let her keep the set because I know
that is what she is wanting because she is a resaler herself.

You know the funny thing is I wasn't mad at the end I just wanted it over
with. I was for sure thinking I was going to get a negative from this lady. I am
wondering if she was going down her list just giving feedback and gave me a
positive without even thinking.
